In order for the Hoyt Lakes Public Library to fulfill its role to encourage people of all ages to read, discover, and be curious, without barriers, fines and fees will not be charged for any Hoyt Lake’s owned materials.
Items checked out will be given a due date for their return to the library, as usual. If a patron has any items not returned by the due date, the library staff has the right to limit additional items being checked out to that patron until the overdue item(s) is(are) returned. Fees for damaged or lost items will not accrue. However, the library is willing to accept payment or good condition replacement copies for damaged or lost items.
